Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound client calls and troubleshoot technical issues with empathy.
  • Make outbound calls for onboarding, follow-ups, and proactive solutions.
  • Guide clients and ensure smooth usage of our services.
  • Build strong client relationships for long-term satisfaction.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science / Engineering.
  • 0–2 years of experience in customer service or technical support (inbound & outbound calls).
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and other relevant applications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Language:

  • English, Hindi, Kannada (Preferred)
