Client Support Specialist

As a Client Support Specialist at HCL Technologies, you will be responsible for providing voice-based support to UK-based clients to ensure timely and effective resolution of service-related queries. Your role will involve managing inbound and outbound voice interactions with clients, addressing service-related issues, maintaining accurate records, escalating unresolved matters, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance client satisfaction and service delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Manage inbound and outbound voice interactions with UK clients in a professional and courteous manner. - Address client issues related to services, transactions, or operational concerns. - Maintain detailed and accurate records of all client interactions using CRM tools. - Escalate unresolved issues to internal teams and ensure timely follow-up. - Collaborate with internal departments to enhance client satisfaction and service delivery. - Ensure compliance with UK data protection and service standards. Qualifications Required: - 1-3 years of experience in international voice-based client support, preferably with UK clients. - Excellent spoken English with a neutral or UK-accented tone. - Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar. - Willingness to work full-time from the Navalur, Chennai office (no hybrid/remote option).
