Client Support Specialist

As an experienced client servicing executive, your role will involve handling all client inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner. You will collaborate with relevant departments to address client needs effectively, provide regular updates to higher management, and upsell company products when opportunities arise. **Responsibilities:** - Identify and resolve client queries and complaints promptly and professionally. - Act as the primary point of contact for all client-specific matters. - Efficiently communicate with decision-makers and office managers of client businesses. - Support business development activities and adhere to company policies and procedures. - Demonstrate excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously. - Manage multiple clients concurrently with a focus on mutually beneficial outcomes. - Handle customer interactions for enrolled businesses using the platform. - Exhibit self-motivation, strong problem-solving skills, logical and analytical thinking, and experience in conflict resolution. **Skills:** - Preferred Bachelor's degree. - Mandatory minimum of 2 years of work experience. - Strong verbal and written communication skills, self-motivation, leadership skills, and goal orientation. - Proficiency in data analysis and reporting. - Knowledge of Ms-Excel is preferred. - Familiarity with customer/client service concepts. - Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively. - Outstanding analytical, interpersonal, and organizational skills. - Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong work ethics.
