Responsibilities

• Assist organisers and venues in getting onboarded smoothly on SortMyScene
• Be highly active on WhatsApp groups to respond to queries in real time
• Provide support for feature-related assistance
• Coordinate between internal teams & clients to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain client relationships and ensure quick, effective resolutions
• Guide clients on how to use dashboard features, tracking tools, and workflows

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills — clear, polite, and confident across WhatsApp, Instagram, and Email
• Ability to handle multiple conversations and clients simultaneously without missing details
• Highly proactive and responsive — someone who reacts fast and takes initiative
• Comfortable managing WhatsApp groups and customer-facing chats
• Basic tech-savvy skills, especially understanding online dashboards, tools, and simple troubleshooting
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks during peak hours
• Patience, problem-solving attitude, and ability to stay calm with stressed clients
• Past experience in customer support, client servicing, or community management is a plus (not mandatory)
• Fluent in English
