Job Description

Experience in E-commerce client support and order handling. Manages queries via chat, email and call, tracks orders, coordinates with operations, resolves issues (delays/refunds), and maintains records with timely follow-ups and strong communication.

Required Candidate profile

Familiar with CRM & order tracking tools; knowledge of Shopify, MS Office and HubSpot preferred. 2–3 years’ experience in E-commerce customer support and order handling; punctual and customer-focused.
