Joining: ImmediateBenefits: PF \/ ESI ApplicableJob Location: Iyyapanthangal, Porur, Chennai.CTC: Up to 4 LPA Key Responsibilities:Build strong, lasting relationships with clients through regular communication and support.Understand client business objectives and translate them into project requirements.Document project needs and help define timelines, budgets, and deliverables.Coordinate with internal teams (design, development, marketing) to ensure timely project execution.Monitor project progress, report updates, and ensure deliverables meet client expectations.Conduct qualitative and quantitative research for projects, including surveys and interviews.Create clear documentation such as reports, project plans, and business summaries.Assist with client onboarding, billing support, and project costing when needed.Support internal quality control and help maintain process standards.Collaborate with team leads to improve client strategies and digital solutions.Analyse client feedback to improve service and identify new business opportunities.Assist in identifying cross-sell or upsell opportunities through client understanding. Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (MBA or Postgraduate preferred).02 years of experience in client service, account management, or project coordination.Good understanding of digital marketing concepts like SEO, branding, web development, and analytics.Experience in market research or working with digital agencies is a plus.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Handling client meetings and supporting business presentations.Organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines.Familiarity with tools like CRM software, Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.Knowledge of data analysis tools and project management platforms (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).Problem-solving attitude with a customer-first mindset.A collaborative, team-oriented approach and an eagerness to learn.
