Client Success Specialist

Your Mission (What You’ll Do):

- Production Maestro: Lead the charge on marketing projects from start to finish. Ensure everything is on-brand, on-time, and set for success.

- Strategic Thinker, Deadline Bender: Stay focused on the big picture while handling the smallest details. You’ll manage deadlines and keep things on track with ease.

- Client Whisperer: Be the go-to person for updates, clarity, and confidence. When clients think of Taghash, they’ll think of YOU.

- Chaos Coordinator: Track deliverables, feedback, revisions, and timelines, ensuring everything runs smoothly and according to plan.

- Data Decoder: Help interpret campaign data, identify trends, and collaborate with the team to optimize performance.

- Creative Collaborator: Work closely with creatives, strategists, and ad experts to turn ideas into flawless campaigns.

You’re the One If You:

- Have 1-2 years of experience managing projects, clients, or marketing campaigns (agency experience is a bonus). ✔

- Are a task ninja—you plan, prioritize, and never let anything slip through the cracks.

- Can communicate fluently via Email, WhatsApp, Slack, and Human (because good communication is key!).

- Are low-drama, high-energy, and thrive on teamwork.

- Can handle deadlines like a pro and curveballs like a cricket champion.

- Have experience with Trello, Notion, or Monday—and you handle them like a pro.

- Bonus Powers (Extra Cool if You Have): Experience with paid ad platforms or campaign analytics—because numbers matter.

- A love for to-do lists, spreadsheets, or calendars—whatever keeps you organized and on point.

- Some branding/design awareness to make sure every project aligns with our creative vision.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
