Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Client Success Executive to play a key role in building and nurturing strong relationships with our clients. You will act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring a seamless flow of information, timely closures of open requirements, and an excellent client experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.From gathering hiring needs to coordinating interviews and managing communication, your role will be crucial in delivering value to our clients while enabling internal teams to perform efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

Serve as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their hiring needs and maintaining regular communication to build long-term partnerships.

Requirement Gathering:

Regularly connect with clients to gather job descriptions (JDs) and hiring forecasts, ensuring complete and accurate requirement briefs for internal teams.

Screening & Profile Sharing

:Review, shortlist, and format candidate profiles to align with client expectations before submission.

Interview Coordination

:Schedule and manage interviews by seamlessly coordinating between clients, candidates, and internal recruitment teams.

Client & Internal Communication:

Ensure consistent updates are shared with both clients and internal stakeholders; align progress and address concerns proactively.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building ability
  • Proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets (for tracker & data management)
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong documentation habits
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Prior experience in client servicing, recruitment coordination, or a similar role.
