Client Specialist

You will be responsible for ensuring the successful partnership with various locations such as cafs, restaurants, hospitals, colleges, etc. Your role will involve conducting regular follow-ups with potential partners, overseeing the installation of Urja Box kiosks, providing basic training to staff, building and maintaining relationships with site owners/managers, gathering feedback from existing sites, collaborating with the operations & tech team for issue resolution, maintaining partner data in CRM, and identifying upsell opportunities or event-based placement of kiosks. - Conduct regular follow-ups with potential partner locations (cafs, restaurants, hospitals, colleges, etc.) - Ensure successful installation of Urja Box kiosks and provide basic training to staff on usage. - Build and maintain strong relationships with site owners/managers. - Visit existing sites to gather feedback and ensure smooth operations. - Work closely with the operations & tech team for issue resolution. - Maintain partner data, follow-up logs, and reports in CRM. - Identify upsell opportunities or event-based placement of kiosks. Qualifications Required: - Strong communication & interpersonal skills - Willingness to travel locally (bike preferred) - Good negotiation & relationship management ability - Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive - Experience in on-ground sales or partnerships is a plus,
