Client Specialist

You will be working as a Client Specialist at Wipro HR Services India Pvt Ltd., focusing on Human Resource Outsourcing (HRO) processes. The role is based in Gurgaon. Your responsibilities will include providing client support through calls, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery within defined productivity levels, and leveraging client and domain knowledge to resolve issues effectively during the first conversation. It will be crucial to adhere to Client Service Level Agreements (SLAs) such as Client Satisfaction, Service Level, Handle Time, and Customer Effort. Additionally, you will need to comply with Internal Service Attendance & Accountability policies, maintain delivery quality on calls, ensure customer resolution, and handle proper documentation and follow-up. Identifying, sharing, and supporting operational improvements will also be part of your role. To qualify for this position, you should be a graduate in B.Com, B.A, BCA, BBA, BHM, BSc, or BSc IT, or hold an MBA (Correspondence mode) (excluding Stats, Math's Hons & Eco Hons). Candidates with a B.Tech. degree and a minimum of 6 months of experience in BPO/KPO, or those with a regular MBA, M.Com, MA and a minimum of 6 months of experience in BPO/KPO (excluding MCA and MSC) are eligible. However, undergraduates or those pursuing graduation are not eligible for this role. The required skills for this role include the ability to work effectively both as a fresher and an experienced professional, excellent communication skills both written and verbal, willingness to work night shifts, proficiency in computer usage, and basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel. Additionally, having a fixed off on Saturday/Sunday is part of the work schedule.
