Responsibilities

Key account management 

1. Building and maintaining relationships with key clients
2. Develop strategic thinking when planning to help accounts to grow in value and trust 
3. Help clients day to day to solve problems and overcome challenges
4. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross selling where applicable 
5. Understand client industry trends and accordingly anticipate further requirements
6. Liaise with internal teams where needed to ensure client deliverables are met

Operations 

1. Overseeing day to day operational processes & smooth functioning of it 
2. Ensuring adherence to quality as per standard operating procedures are met 
3. Taking responsibility for client side delivery via project management
4. Suggest process level improvements & overall efficiency where applicable
5. Ability to hire, train, develop & manage a team 

Customer success 

1. Ensure seamless client onboarding is carried out post sales closure 
2. Take end to end ownership of proof of concept projects with clients where applicable 
3. Set expectations in terms of product usage / deliverables across stakeholders via training and development sessions and other relevant interventions 
4. Conduct periodic check-ins with the customer, ensuring business goals are being met
5. Be a client advocate as a voice of customer to all internal teams at AbleCredit
