Position: Client Solutions Commercial Sales

What We're Looking For

  • Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in

    B2B

    strategic sales, particularly with multinational clients.
  • Prior experience in workplace design, interior fit-outs, architecture, or commercial real estate sectors.
  • Strong understanding of the Workplace Market Sector and commercial space planning.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and client relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Sales & Client Engagement

  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to understand client needs, preferences, and pain points.
  • Formulate strategies to increase client acquisition, retention, and overall revenue growth.
  • Identify new business opportunities and explore upselling within existing accounts.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.

Business Operations

  • Conduct market research focused on the Workplace Market Sector, including upcoming trends and client requirements.
  • Generate, track, and manage leads to secure new business.
  • Develop and deliver impactful presentations and customized proposals for client engagements.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams including sales, design, and project management to align deliverables with client expectations.
  • Represent the organization in client meetings, industry events, and strategic partnerships.

Account Management & Relationship Building

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to enhance satisfaction and retention.
  • Lead client communication and engagement strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Contribute to the creation and refinement of business development tools and marketing materials.
