Position: Client Solutions Commercial Sales Location: Bangalore/Hyderabad Experience: 7+ Years Industry: Interior Design / Architecture / Commercial Real Estate Function: Business Development, Client Acquisition, Strategic Sales What We're Looking For Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 7+ years of experience in B2B strategic sales, particularly with multinational clients. Prior experience in workplace design, interior fit-outs, architecture, or commercial real estate sectors. Strong understanding of the Workplace Market Sector and commercial space planning. Excellent presentation, communication, and client relationship management skills. Key Responsibilities Strategic Sales & Client Engagement Conduct thorough research and analysis to understand client needs, preferences, and pain points. Formulate strategies to increase client acquisition, retention, and overall revenue growth. Identify new business opportunities and explore upselling within existing accounts. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities. Business Operations Conduct market research focused on the Workplace Market Sector, including upcoming trends and client requirements. Generate, track, and manage leads to secure new business. Develop and deliver impactful presentations and customized proposals for client engagements. Collaborate closely with internal teams including sales, design, and project management to align deliverables with client expectations. Represent the organization in client meetings, industry events, and strategic partnerships. Account Management & Relationship Building Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to enhance satisfaction and retention. Lead client communication and engagement strategies throughout the project lifecycle. Contribute to the creation and refinement of business development tools and marketing materials.
