Now, we are seeking individuals who can unleash their creativity, explore uncharted territories, and pioneer new strategies never seen before. **Objective:** - Gain a deep understanding of the organization's business/products and ensure alignment with client businesses. **Roles & Responsibilities:** - Cultivate and nurture long-term relationships with clients. - Develop rapport with key client personnel. - Address and resolve client concerns and complaints effectively. - Devise tailored plans to meet clients" business requirements. - Offer strategic advice to clients for enhancing profitability. - Conduct regular meetings to gauge client satisfaction levels. - Serve as the primary point of contact for issue escalation and resolution. - Collaborate closely with internal teams (sales, engineers, senior management, operations) to cater to client needs effectively. **Requirements:** - Possess 1-4 years of experience in Client Servicing/Customer Service roles. - Hold a graduate degree in any specialization. - Proficient in working with Google Sheets and Microsoft Office applications. - Exhibit a problem-solving mindset coupled with professionalism. - Demonstrate strong multitasking, time management, and goal-oriented skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. - Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments and deliver results consistently.,
