Job Title: Client Service Manager

Industry: Event & Exhibition

Experience Required: Minimum 5 Years (Only in Event & Exhibition Domain)

Location: Gurugram ( work from office )

CTC: Up to ₹8 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

Client Servicing & Account Management

Manage end-to-end client relationships, ensuring effective communication and delivery of event and activation solutions.

Brief Understanding & Strategy Development

Interpret client briefs and collaborate with creative/design teams to develop impactful event and brand activation strategies.

Internal Coordination

Liaise with operations, design, and production teams for seamless event execution.

Presentation & Pitching

Prepare and deliver concept presentations in coordination with the creative team for client pitches.

Reporting & Analysis

Prepare post-event reports, MIS, and feedback analysis for clients.

Requirements:

Proven experience (5+ years) in client servicing within the Event & Exhibition domain only.

Strong command over English language and PowerPoint.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Good understanding of corporate events, BTL marketing, branding, and advertising.
