Client Servicing Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Client Servicing Executive to be the bridge between our clients and internal creative/marketing teams. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding their needs, and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery of advertising solutions that exceed expectations.

Experience: 2–4 Years ( any ad agency )

Key Responsibilities:

. Client Relationship Management:

. Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients.

. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

. Understand client goals, industries, and target audiences to provide  effective solutions.

. Ensure final deliverables align with client expectations and brand standards.

. Coordinate feedback, revisions, and approvals with professionalism and speed.

. Translate client objectives into actionable marketing strategies.

. Present campaign ideas, concepts, and results to clients.

. Support in developing pitch presentations and reports.

. Manage timelines, approvals, and deliverables across teams.

. Maintain documentation of all client communications and approvals.
