Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities: Cultivate and nurture strong client relationships across diverse organizational levels, serving as the primary liaison to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Develop and implement comprehensive client strategies that align with their brand objectives and market dynamics. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including creative and production, to orchestrate the successful launch and optimization of brand campaigns. Craft and deliver persuasive proposals and presentations to clients, effectively communicating brand strategies and campaign concepts. Lead the intake and management of client briefs, overseeing projects from inception to completion with a keen focus on quality and timelines. Effectively coordinate and oversee external suppliers, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of project components. Develop accurate cost estimates, monitor project budgets, and ensure prompt billing and payments to uphold financial integrity. Monitor and analyze competitive landscape, maintaining comprehensive records of competitor activities and communications to inform strategic decisions. Contribute valuable insights and expertise to new business pitches, leveraging market intelligence and brand expertise to drive growth opportunities.
