Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in New Delhi for a Client Servicing Manager. The Client Servicing Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks include communicating with clients, addressing their needs and concerns, and liaising with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of projects.

Qualifications

• Client Services, Client Relations, and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
• Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
• Previous experience in a client-facing role is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus
