Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager located in New Delhi. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies, managing social media accounts, creating content, and optimizing social media performance. Daily tasks will include monitoring social media channels, engaging with the community, analyzing performance metrics, and coordinating with other departments to align social media content with overall marketing strategies.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Strong Communication and Writing skills
• Experience in developing and executing Content Strategy
• Proven ability to manage and grow social media accounts
• Excellent analytical skills to assess performance metrics
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Familiarity with social media tools and platforms
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
