Job Description

As a Client Servicing Manager (Event Management) at Ecube Corporate Solutions Pvt Ltd based in Chennai, your role will involve being the main point of contact between clients and the internal team. You will need to understand client briefs, objectives, and expectations to create actionable plans. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with various internal teams to ensure flawless execution, preparing presentations and proposals, managing client communication professionally, and handling multiple projects simultaneously with strict timelines. Additionally, you will be expected to support the business development team in pitching new ideas, ensuring client satisfaction on-site during events, and maintaining long-term relationships. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the main liaison between clients and the internal team - Understand and translate client briefs into actionable plans - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure flawless execution - Prepare presentations, proposals, budgets, and post-event reports - Manage client communication, feedback, and queries - Handle multiple accounts/projects simultaneously with strict timelines - Ensure repeat business and long-term relationships - Support business development team in pitching new ideas - Be present on-site during events to oversee client satisfaction Qualifications Required: - Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, Event Management, or related fields - Minimum 3+ years of prior experience in client servicing within an event management agency In addition to the qualifications and responsibilities mentioned above, it is essential that you possess strong interpersonal and client relationship management skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the local language, presentation and negotiation skills, ability to handle pressure and deadlines, problem-solving and quick decision-making abilities, and knowledge of event industry trends, vendors, and processes. Please note the willingness to travel, work on-site during events, flexibility with working hours (especially around event timelines), and a smart, proactive, and well-groomed personality are also required for this role.,
