Client Servicing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
    • Build, nurture, and sustain long-term client relationships through consistent communication and strategic partnership.
  • Account Strategy & Planning:

    • Understand clients business objectives and translate them into effective marketing and communication strategies.
    • Collaborate with strategy, creative, media, and digital teams to deliver 360 integrated solutions.
  • Campaign Execution:

    • Oversee end-to-end campaign management from briefing to execution to post-campaign analysis.
    • Ensure timely delivery of projects within defined budgets and quality standards.
  • Team Leadership:

    • Guide and mentor junior servicing team members to enhance performance and client satisfaction.
    • Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless workflow and creative alignment.
  • Business Development:

    • Identify opportunities for account growth and new business within existing client portfolios.
    • Contribute to pitches and presentations for potential clients.
  • Performance Monitoring:

    • Track campaign KPIs, budgets, and deliverables to ensure measurable success.
    • Prepare regular client reports and performance reviews.

  • 810 years of experience in client servicing/account management within an advertising, media, or digital agency (preferably network agencies).
