Job Description

MyOperator is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Client Operations Intern to join our SMBG Micro Team. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a strong foundation in client operations, product onboarding, and account management within a fast-growing SaaS environment.Key Responsibilities> Assist the SMBG Micro Team in panel setups, configuration, and basic technical onboarding for clients.> Support in client training sessions—explaining features, workflows, and best practices.> Coordinate with internal teams (support, tech, ops) to ensure smooth onboarding and timely task closures.> Maintain accurate documentation of client requirements and onboarding progress.> Handle basic client queries under supervision and ensure high-quality client experience.> Gradually take ownership of client accounts as proficiency improves.Future Growth Path>Once you demonstrate strong understanding of our platform and client communication skills, the role will transition to Account Manager – SMBG Micro Team with increased responsibilities and client portfolio ownership.
