Job Description

Job Title: Client Servicing Executive

Experience: 2–3 Years (Must Advertising agency)

Working time: 10 am to 7 Pm

Working days : Monday to Friday (2nd and 4th Saturday off)

Location: Prahlad Nagar,Ahmedabad

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and the agency.
Understand client briefs and objectives, and communicate them effectively to internal teams.
Coordinate with creative, design, and digital teams to deliver projects on time and as per brief.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely updates to clients.
Assist in preparing pitches, proposals, reports, and presentations.
Handle client feedback and ensure quick resolution of issues.
Build strong, long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for upselling agency services.
Maintain organized documentation of client interactions and project workflows.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or related field.
1–3 years of relevant experience in client servicing or account management, preferably in an advertising or creative agency.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
A solution-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
Basic understanding of advertising processes and digital marketing concepts.
