Motion Graphic and Graphic Designer

Job Role: Motion Graphic + Graphic designer Experience : 3- 4 Years (Media production ) Working days : Monday to Friday ( 2nd and 4th sat off) Location :C.G Road, Ahmedabad Preferred : Corporate films Design and create enticing motion graphics for video deliverables (corporate videos, eLearning, websites, marketing demos, etc.) ◆ Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral. ◆ Prepare design plan, concept and layout for motion graphic project. ◆ Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule. ◆ Create and deliver motion graphics in various media including web, mobile, etc. ◆ Establish creative direction for the company as well as brand guidelines. ◆ Work with art and creative teams to understand project scope and objectives. ◆ Assist in selecting audio, video, colors, animation, etc for graphic design. ◆ Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions ◆ Perform retouching and manipulation of images. ◆ Work with editors, producers and other designers to resolve technical and/or design issues. ◆ Edit raw video footage and add effects/elements to enhance motion graphics. ◆ Work with a wide range of media and use graphics design software ◆ Research and analyze best design techniques and solutions to create motion graphics. ◆ Assist in designing and creating storyboards. ◆ Participate in a brainstorming session to share new design perspectives and ideas. ◆ Maintain and follow best practices for versioning control, naming convention and organization of graphic files. ◆ Maintain up-to-date knowledge about latest graphic design techniques. ◆ Ensure compliance with company guidelines and design standards. Skills Required (Primary) Adobe After Effects Software, Adobe Premier, Adobe photoshop and Illustrator Skills Required (Secondary) ◆ High-end digital skills and expert with interactive media software (graphic design and video editing to three-dimensional animation) ◆ Should be deadline driven, organized and detail obsessed. ◆ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills plus a self-starter, able to work independently from a group. ◆ Bachelor’s Degree in graphics arts, design, communications, or related field. ◆ 3-4 years of experience in graphic design. ◆ knowledge of layouts, graphics fundamentals, typography, print, and the web. ◆ familiarity with HTML And CSS preferred ◆ Knowledge Of Adobe PhotoShop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign, And Other Graphic Design Software. ◆ Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects. ◆ Strong analytical skills. ◆ Excellent eye for detail.
