Client Servicing Executive

Trizone Communications Pvt. Ltd. is a creative advertising agency that helps brands grow through innovative marketing and branding solutions.

We are looking for a Client Servicing person to support client communication, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure smooth execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide updates.
• Assist in managing multiple projects and ensuring timely delivery.
• Coordinate with the creative, digital, and production teams to execute campaigns.
• Help develop marketing strategies with guidance from senior team members.
• Prepare clear client briefs and share instructions with internal teams.
• Assist in project documentation, including proposals, quotations, and invoices.
• Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication.
• Proofread marketing materials before sharing them with clients.
• Prepare reports and maintain records of client interactions.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communication, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and media planning.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Eager to learn, adaptable, and proactive.
