Client Servicing Executive

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Client Servicing Executive to act as a key liaison between clients and internal creative, design, and execution teams. The role involves managing client communication, coordinating branding and advertising projects, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining strong client relationships, with a strong focus on retail branding and signage solutions.   Key Responsibilities:   Client Management: - Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients - Understand client briefs, objectives, timelines, and budgets - Ensure clear communication between clients and internal teams - Handle client feedback, revisions, and approvals efficiently   Project Coordination: - Coordinate with creative, design, production, and vendor teams - Prepare job briefs, estimates, and timelines - Track project progress and ensure timely execution - Ensure deliverables meet client expectations and brand guidelines   Retail Branding & Signage Coordination: - Handle end-to-end retail branding projects across multiple locations - Strong knowledge of signage materials including ACP, Acrylic, LED Signs, Stainless Steel Signages, Aluminium Letters, and 3D Lettering - Coordinate fabrication, production, and installation of signages - Ensure material quality, finishes, and brand compliance   Print & Communication Materials: - Knowledge of print materials including Flex, Vinyl, Canvas, Fabric Prints, and Retro-Reflective Vinyl - Coordinate with print vendors and communication channels   Account & Documentation: - Prepare proposals, quotations, invoices, and presentations - Maintain records of briefs, approvals, and executions   Business Support: - Support seniors in pitches and new business development - Identify upselling opportunities - Ensure long-term client satisfaction   Skills & Competencies: - Strong communication and coordination skills - Retail branding and signage execution knowledge - Vendor management and problem-solving mindset - Proficiency in MS Office - Ability to work under pressure   Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field - Experience in branding or creative agency preferred - Prior experience in retail branding, signage execution, BTL, OOH, and print campaigns - Candidates with experience in retail branding for Paint Companies, Pan Masala Brands, Milk Brands, or other FMCG brands will be strongly preferred   What We Offer: - Exposure to diverse retail branding projects - Opportunity to work with reputed clients - Creative work environment - Growth opportunities
