Client Servicing Executive

• Manage new and existing client relationships.
• Schedule and conduct client meetings for creative, social media, and website project briefs.
• Coordinate with the creative team and communicate client requirements clearly.
• Ensure timely task execution and on-time project delivery.
• Maintain daily reports and update the reporting manager.
• Handle day-to-day client communication and resolve issues effectively.
• Identify new business opportunities and schedule initial meetings.
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships.
• Keep clients informed about new or updated services.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in client servicing, account management, or a similar role in a creative or web agency.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong multitasking and project management abilities.
• Understanding of branding, digital marketing, web development, and social media trends is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
