Client Servicing Executive

Conceps is looking for a Client Relationship Executive who can build strong client connections, manage communication flow, and ensure projects move smoothly from idea to delivery.
You’ll be the bridge between our clients and internal teams — tracking progress, scheduling updates, and making sure every client feels informed and confident throughout their project journey.

What You’ll Do

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams (design, development, and marketing) to track project progress and ensure timelines are met.
• Schedule and manage Google Meet sessions and review meetings with clients.
• Prepare and share regular project status updates.
• Coordinate with the creative team to plan and schedule social media posts for client brands.
• Maintain clear communication and follow-ups to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Support clients with basic queries, feedback, and ongoing requirements.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in client servicing, coordination, or project management (preferably in a creative, digital, or marketing agency).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable handling multiple projects at once.
• Good understanding of social media platforms, content calendars, and brand communication basics.
• Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Trello, or ClickUp is an advantage.
• Ability to coordinate effectively between creative and technical teams.
• Positive attitude, attention to detail, and commitment to client satisfaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per year
