About the Role

Client Servicing Executive

You’ll be the bridge between our clients and creative team—managing relationships, ensuring timely project delivery, and helping shape campaigns that leave an impact.

What You’ll Do

• Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients
• Build and nurture strong, trusted relationships
• Collaborate with creative, production, and strategy teams to execute campaigns
• Create decks and assist in presenting pitches and campaign updates
• Manage timelines, feedback loops, and client expectations
• Ensure every client interaction reflects excellence and professionalism

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication

  and relationship-building skills
• Smart thinking
• A customer-first mindset and collaborative attitude
• A love for content, influencers & pop culture

✨ You’ll work on campaigns with leading brands + be the bridge between our clients and creative team.

• Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and meet deadlines
• Comfortable creating and presenting decks in Google Slides / PowerPoint/ Canva
• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business—or equivalent
• A passion for content, influencers, pop culture, or brand strategy
• (Bonus) Any internship or exposure to digital marketing, media, or agency life
