Job Description

Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated, results-oriented and organized individual to join our dynamic team as an Account Manager. This role bridges the gap between clients and our creative, strategy, and post-production teams - ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, on brand, and with impact. You’ll be the go-to person for clients, keeping them informed and engaged, while also keeping internal teams aligned and energized. Key Responsibilities: Project Management: Lead and manage the entire project lifecycle, ensuring timely, on-budget, and high-quality delivery. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets. Track progress, identify and proactively address roadblocks. Communicate project status effectively to clients and internal teams. Anticipate bottlenecks and manage resources to ensure deadlines are met without compromising quality Client Servicing: Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships. Act as the primary client contact, understanding their needs and objectives. Translate client goals into effective marketing strategies. Present project proposals, results, and performance reports. Manage client expectations and resolve concerns. Conduct regular check-ins, share progress updates, and manage feedback loops Understand brand tone and campaign objectives to ensure all deliverables meet client expectations Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (creative, design, media, development). Provide clear direction and guidance to team members. Business Development: Contribute to new business development efforts. Collaborate with leadership on identifying upselling or cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. At least 2 years of experience in project management, client servicing, or a related field within a marketing agency. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in project management methodologies and software Strong client relationship management skills.
