Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated, results-oriented and organized individual to join our dynamic team as an Account Manager. This role bridges the gap between clients and our creative, strategy, and post-production teams - ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, on brand, and with impact. Key Responsibilities: Project Management: Lead and manage the entire project lifecycle, ensuring timely, on-budget, and high-quality delivery. Collaborate with leadership on identifying upselling or cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. About the Role We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who can bring strong visual storytelling and brand identity expertise to our team. This role is for someone who not only has an eye for aesthetics but also understands how design impacts communication, engagement, and business outcomes. As a senior team member, you’ll guide creative direction, mentor junior designers, and collaborate across strategy, content, and production teams to deliver impactful design solutions. Key Responsibilities Creative Direction & Design Lead the visual design process from concept to final execution across digital, print, and experiential mediums. Create brand identities, campaign visuals, packaging, and social media assets aligned with client objectives. Maintain consistency with brand guidelines while pushing boundaries for fresh, innovative design solutions. Collaboration & Leadership Work closely with the creative director, copywriters, strategists, and account managers to conceptualize and execute campaigns. Mentor and review work of junior designers, providing feedback and fostering growth. Present ideas, design strategies, and rationale confidently to internal teams and clients. Execution & Quality Control Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met. Stay up to date with design, digital, and cultural trends to keep work fresh and relevant. Prepare production-ready files for print, digital, and motion. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field. 4+ years of professional design experience , preferably in an agency or fast-paced creative environment. Strong portfolio showcasing branding, campaign work, and digital-first design. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma (motion graphics/After Effects is a plus). Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and design principles. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Team-oriented mindset with leadership skills and a willingness to mentor. Nice-to-Haves Experience in UI/UX design or motion graphics. Knowledge of print production and vendor coordination.
