Client Servicing & Project Manager Role Type : Full-time (Bengaluru) What You’ll Do : Own client relationships by understanding briefs, asking tough questions, and managing expectations. Translate needs into clear plans for creative and marketing teams. Track timelines, budgets, and deliverables, and keep projects on track. Build a pipeline of qualified leads, pitch ideas, and close deals. What You Need : 3-5 years in client servicing or project management, preferably agency-side. Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and clients independently. Business development skills - cold calls, pitches, and networking are your strength. Clear, concise communication skills. Familiarity with PM tools like Asana or Trello; CRM experience is a plus. Ability to use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to streamline workflows or enhance pitches, but your judgement leads.
