Job Description

As a client servicing manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in prioritizing existing customers and enhancing the value-business-share of our clients. Your responsibilities will include maintaining and expanding the client base, ensuring accurate correspondence records, engaging with clients" management regularly, updating client details, enhancing customer service policies, and suggesting various service options to clients. You will take full ownership of clients" deliveries, drive campaigns proactively, and contribute to the strategic development and execution of marketing and media initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and be responsible for managing day-to-day client activities, content delivery, campaign development, community outreach, performance analysis, and optimization of ongoing campaigns. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, strategize, and execute communication and marketing programs for clients. - Collaborate with the Design & Copy team to deliver online and offline projects as per clients" requirements. - Serve as the main point of contact between our company and the client. - Conduct industry research to understand the client's business and competitive environment. - Secure repeat business from clients and create digital strategies and content plan presentations. - Provide advice to clients on services and products, troubleshoot problems, and handle client requests. - Research the client's products, services, and competitors in the relevant markets. - Meet clients for briefings, pitches, and present proposals for approval. - Coordinate with agency colleagues to plan and implement digital media, design, and technology solutions. - Ensure timely project completion within budget and handle financial matters with clients. - Maintain regular interaction with clients and internal teams, work on multiple campaigns under pressure, and monitor advertising trends and market data. Professional Requisites: - Business degree or related qualification. - Prior work experience with Advertising/Digital agencies. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel. - Relevant domain knowledge. Relevant Experience: - Minimum 5-10 years of work experience in an advertising/design/digital agency.,
