Digital Marketing Specialist Role Type : Full-time (Bengaluru) What You’ll Do : Run and optimise paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn. Track conversions with GA4, GTM, and Search Console, focusing on ROI, not vanity metrics. Monitor SEO, plan keywords, and build clear, impactful reports. What You Need : 3+ years in digital marketing with hands-on experience in Google Ads, GA4, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush). Expertise in social media ads (Meta, X, TikTok). Data-driven strategist who skips fluff. Comfort with A/B testing and optimisation. Use of AI tools (e.g., AdCreative.ai) to enhance targeting, but you question the output. Familiarity with Supermetrics or Looker Studio for reporting. Who You Are : Obsessed with results, analytical, and collaborative yet independent.
