Job Description

Our client is leading fund management company with presence in UAE, India and Mauritius. Experience: 3+ years Location: Mumbai - 5 Days (Work from Office) Responsibilities: • Establish and preserve a solid rapport with clients by learning about their needs and providing specialized solutions. • The incumbent will work with internal teams to provide a seamless onboarding process for new customers. • Recognize the regulations pertaining to foreign investments. • Assume responsibility for answering client questions and providing prompt, effective solutions. • Monitoring NAV before it is made available to clients. Assist the Fund accounting staff in coordinating the NAV release in accordance with the established TAT. • Coordinating the fee computations with the Account & Finance staff. Release the weekly/monthly fee calculations to the clients after double-checking the fee computations using the NAV pack. Respond to inquiries from the client if clarification is needed. • Working together with the Operations group.
