Position: Client Serving Manager Location: Pyynk Media, R-4 101, M3M Urbana, Sector 67, Gurgaon Nearest Metro: Sector 56 Metro Station Experience: 2-3 years preferred Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive and organized Client Serving Manager who can manage client requirements, coordinate between teams, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality content. This role requires a strong communicator who can keep projects running smoothly from ideation to execution. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate between clients, designers, and creative team - Translate client briefs into clear direction for the design team - Follow up on deliverables and manage timelines - Visit shoots and assist in execution as required - Ensure quality check of posts before sharing or posting - Oversee timely delivery and scheduled posting of content - Help bridge the gap between creative ideas and visual output Requirements: - Excellent communication and follow-up skills - A good eye for aesthetics and social media trends - Ability to multitask and manage timelines effectively - Prior experience in a digital/creative agency is a plus - Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment - Saturdays are working; WFH allowed if no shoot is scheduled Show more Show less
