Role Overview

We’re looking for a Video Editor who specializes in podcast editing. Someone who understands pacing, rhythm, and storytelling in a conversational format. You’ll be responsible for turning raw podcast footage into clean, engaging episodes for YouTube and social media.

What You’ll Do

- Edit long-form podcast videos (multi-camera setups, audio recordings, etc.)

- Clean and sync audio and video for clarity and flow

- Add intro/outro sequences, titles, lower-thirds, and transitions

- Edit short-form content (Instagram reels and YouTube shorts clips) from podcast episodes for social media

- Collaborate with the creative and content teams for edits

What We’re Looking For

- Proven experience editing podcasts (YouTube or Spotify-style shows)

- Strong skills in Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator

- Understanding of audio balancing, noise reduction, and color correction

- Ability to tell a story through clean cuts and subtle enhancements

- Creative eye for pacing and moments that hook the audience

- Comfortable with both long-format and short-format editing styles

Bonus: Experience with subtitles, motion graphics, or thumbnail design

Nice To Have

- Experience designing thumbnails and cover images

- Experience working with creators, agencies, or brands

- Knowledge of social media trends in podcasting and short-form content
