About the Role We’re looking for a dynamic Client Servicing Manager to be the strategic bridge between our agency and high-value clients. This role demands a mix of strategic thinking, operational execution, and relationship-building finesse. You will own the end-to-end client lifecycle, from ideation to execution, ensuring excellence across campaigns and touch points. Key Responsibilities 1. Client Servicing & Relationship Management Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients. Maintain and grow long-term client relationships through proactive engagement and trust-building. 2. Product Launch Management Strategize, plan, and manage the successful launch of client products. Ensure alignment with brand positioning and market timing. 3. Integrated Marketing Campaigns Lead the development and execution of 360° marketing campaigns (Digital, ATL, BTL). Coordinate timelines, budgets, and deliverables for maximum impact. 4. Cross-functional Collaboration Liaise with internal teams including creative, tech, media, and strategy to deliver seamless client solutions. Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and on brief. 5. Brand Community Development Develop strategies to build, engage, and grow loyal brand communities. Collaborate with content and social media teams to activate community touchpoints. 6. Campaign Analytics & Optimization Track, measure, and report campaign performance. Use data-driven insights to optimize ongoing and future initiatives. 7. Revenue & Upselling Initiatives Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on client needs and objectives. Drive incremental revenue growth through strategic offerings. 8. Strategic Consultation & Market Trends Act as a strategic advisor to clients by offering market insights and brand-building recommendations. Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive activity. 9. Events & Activations Plan and execute on-ground activations, experiences, and brand-led events. Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders for flawless execution. Who You Are A relationship-builder with strong communication and interpersonal skills. A strategic thinker who understands brands, markets, and people. Detail-oriented, with excellent project management skills. Comfortable with data and capable of deriving actionable insights. Agile and able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 4–6 years of experience in client servicing, brand management, or marketing roles. Proven track record of managing large accounts and delivering integrated campaigns. Strong understanding of marketing channels – digital, ATL, BTL. Familiarity with analytics tools and performance metrics. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid sick time Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Ability to commute/relocate: Alpha Greater Noida, Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: Marketing Agency: 2 years (Preferred) Willingness to travel: 25% (Preferred) Work Location: In person
