Job Summary:

• A Client Service Executive serves as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and delivering excellent service experiences.
• This role involves managing client relationships, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and collaborating with internal teams to provide tailored solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the main liaison between clients and the company.
• Handle client inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism.
• Maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Coordinate with internal departments (sales, operations, finance) to fulfill client requirements.
• Monitor service delivery and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Prepare and present client reports, updates, and performance reviews.
• Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services.
• Stay updated on company products, industry trends, and competitor offerings.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience in client services, account management, or customer relations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple client accounts.
