Experience:1-2 Years’ experienceResponsibilities:

• Answering client queries over calls or emails.
• Maintaining the Turn-around-time for each client query/issue and follow up with the respective departments.
• Ensuring that the client KYC is completed.
• Generating EOD reports.
• Assisting walk-in clients with the registration process.

Competencies & Qualities for an ideal candidate

• Diligent, process oriented person capable of understanding, learning and then implementing the process.
• Able to multi-task
• Has a client centric approach.
• Very good in oral and written communication
• Has Basic functional knowledge of computers
• Good in English and Hindi

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
