Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Client Services Executive. The Client Services Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and fostering business relationships. Day-to-day tasks include addressing client inquiries, analyzing and resolving issues, and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction. This role requires close collaboration with internal teams to deliver transparent and effective solutions to clients.
