Client Services Coordinator

As a Client Servicing Manager, your role is crucial in building strong client relationships and ensuring seamless project execution. You will serve as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams, such as design, production, and installation, to guarantee exceptional delivery and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams to facilitate effective communication. - Understand client requirements thoroughly and provide accurate briefs to the teams. - Manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery. - Regularly update clients on project progress and maintain strong after-sales relationships. - Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to meet project deadlines effectively. - Resolve any client issues promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction. - Contribute to business growth by identifying upselling opportunities and new prospects. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred). - At least 4-6 years of proven experience in client servicing or account management, preferably in retail branding, furniture, or visual merchandising. - Strong communication and presentation skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently within deadlines. - Knowledge of production and installation cycles. - Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
