Additionally, you will ensure timely invoicing and maintain detailed documentation of client interactions. **Key Responsibilities:** - Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their queries and ensuring their satisfaction. - Campaign Coordination: Oversee various digital marketing campaigns such as SEO, PPC, social media, and performance marketing. - Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign metrics, generate reports, and provide valuable insights to enhance results. - Strategy Development: Collaborate with internal teams to refine marketing strategies based on client goals. - Problem-Solving: Identify challenges in campaign execution and implement optimizations to improve performance. - Billing & Documentation: Ensure invoices are sent on time and maintain accurate records of client interactions. **Qualifications Required:** - Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for client interactions. - Proficiency in digital marketing tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics platforms is required. - Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns for better performance. - Prior experience in performance marketing and conversion tracking would be beneficial.
