Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Client Services Coordinator. Responsibilities include providing exceptional client service, facilitating communication between clients and the team, assisting with administrative tasks, and supporting the sales team in managing client accounts. The coordinator will also work closely with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and maintain client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong client services and customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams
• Proficiency in providing administrative assistance and handling operational tasks
• Experience or aptitude in sales to support account management and business development
• A proactive attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the accounting and tax industry is an advantage
