Client Service Analyst

As a Client Service Analyst at Deutsche Bank in Bangalore, India, your primary role will be to ensure adherence to DB Service Standards related to Customer Service, Compliance, and Corporate Security. You will also be responsible for creating a sales and service environment across the service team, acting as a backup to the service head. - Strict adherence to all internal and external guidelines including KYC, Money Anti Launderings, and audits - Proper monitoring of expenses, controlling costs, waiver tracking, and lead management - Displaying all Regulatory Circulars in the Area - Accurate processing of all account opening forms and MF applications - Ensuring compliance with Voucher Management, Rules of Custodianship, and Key Management guidelines - Handling exception handling/deferral tracking and monitoring - Reviewing suspicious transactions, large cash transactions, NR Credits, and following necessary processes - Ensuring a clean Mystery Shopping Audit report by both Internal and External auditors - Tracking, responding, and closing all Customer Complaints within committed TAT's - Leading a team of Customer Service Executives and promoting a cross-sell environment - Maintaining best in class service standards for all Area customers by synergizing with all channels - Ensuring proper controls and access to the Cash/Locker Area at all times - Reporting any suspicious transactions immediately to the supervising officer - Experience of at least 10-15 years in the Banking Industry related to Customer Service and Banking operations - Skills to handle customer queries and uphold customer commitments - Proficiency in Banking processes pertaining to day-to-day operations and rules - Strong interpersonal skills and leadership ability to encourage enthusiasm and team spirit,
