Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Client Relationship Manager to manage customer interactions, generate leads, and close sales via phone and digital communication. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong client relationships, understanding customer needs, and promoting our services/products effectively. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers to explain product/services offerings. Follow up on leads, inquiries, and previous communication to convert into successful sales. Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients. Understand client needs and provide solutions or escalate as necessary. Maintain and update the CRM with accurate records of client interactions and sales activities. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Collaborate with the marketing and support teams to enhance the customer experience. Provide feedback and suggestions to improve products, services, or processes. Key Skills & Requirements: . Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated under pressure. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
