Client Relationship Manager

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. Understand clients' risk profile & financial goals and recommend appropriate mutual fund solutions to meet their needs. Conduct regular meetings with clients to review portfolio performance and discuss market trends. Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing queries and offering timely solutions. Offer tailored product solutions to clients, based on their risk profile, financial goals, and investment preferences. Mutual Fund Distribution: Generate leads / prospecting to create pipeline of prospects through various means like canopy setting, digital marketing etc. Work closely with other team member to expand market reach and increase assets under management (AUM). Conduct product presentations, training sessions, and seminars to educate clients about mutual fund offerings. Contact corporate for conducting IAP (Investor Awareness Program and grow existing relationships within the mutual fund distribution space. Market and Product Knowledge: Keep up-to-date with market trends, new product offerings, regulatory changes, taxation and investment strategies. Provide expert guidance to clients on mutual fund product features, benefits, and performance. Analyse mutual fund performance reports and suggest relevant adjustments to client portfolios. Business Development: Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth by increasing mutual fund sales and client base. Implement and execute strategies increase penetration in target markets.   Compliance & Reporting: Ensure that all transactions and recommendations comply with regulatory guidelines and industry best practices. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales, and portfolio performance. Prepare and present sales and performance reports to senior management.
