Role Overview:

The Executive will drive membership growth and engagement for the association in Gujarat. This role involves member outreach, event coordination, government liaison, and communication efforts to strengthen industry relationships and support association activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Membership Engagement:

• Drive member acquisition and retention through active engagement.
  
• Visit member companies regularly to address concerns and gather feedback.
  
• Provide responsive and professional member support.
  

Meetings & Events:

• Organize meetings, seminars, and workshops based on member needs.
  
• Handle all logistics: venues, speakers, registration, follow-ups, and documentation.
  

Government & Industry Liaison:

• Interface with government departments and industry bodies.
  
• Track policy developments and represent member interests.
  

Communication & Promotion:

• Maintain regular communication via newsletters, emails, and social media.
  
• Create campaigns and promotional materials for member outreach.
  

Administration & Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of members, events, and meetings.
  
• Support budgeting, reporting, and data analysis for regional activities.
  

Networking & Representation:

• Represent the association at industry events and institutions.
  
• Build relationships with key stakeholders and R&D/academic institutes.
  

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education:

  Bachelors in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

• Experience:

  34 years in membership engagement, industry associations, B2B sales, account/client management, or event planning.
• must be able to speak In Gujrati and fluent in English
• Preferred: manufacturing/machinery sector experience.
