Client Relationship Manager

Account Management: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with partner restaurants. Act as the single point of contact for assigned accounts, understanding their business goals and challenges. Ensure restaurant partners are fully onboarded and trained on our platform/services. Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities to increase order volume and customer retention for partner restaurants. Upsell additional services, such as loyalty programs, premium features, or marketing campaigns. Drive growth initiatives that enhance restaurant revenue and profitability. Client Support: Ensure smooth resolution of operational issues faced by restaurant partners (e.g., menu updates, order processes). Collaborate with internal teams (sales, customer support, and operations) to deliver exceptional service. Monitor partner satisfaction through regular check-ins and feedback sessions. Performance Monitoring: Analyze restaurant performance data to identify growth opportunities. Share insights and recommendations with partners to improve their business outcomes. Prepare and present monthly/quarterly reports on account performance. Strategic Partnerships: Work closely with partner restaurants to design promotional campaigns and offers. Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to provide valuable market insights. Advocate for restaurant partners internally, ensuring their needs are prioritized.
