We are currently looking to fill the position of Client Relationship Manager on a full-time basis at our office in Chandigarh. As a Client Relationship Manager, your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and promptly addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have. Your daily tasks will involve managing client communications, liaising with internal teams to meet client requirements, providing regular updates and reports, and proactively identifying opportunities for account growth and enhancement. To excel in this role, you should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with prior experience in client relationship management and customer service. You must be adept at understanding and addressing client needs effectively, demonstrate proficiency in project management and organizational abilities, and have experience working with CRM software and other client management tools. Additionally, analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field are essential qualifications. Prior experience in the healthcare industry would be advantageous.
